Do you also work for small companies?
Yes. Part of our work is with large organisations, but just as much with companies of a handful of people and one application everything runs on. The size of the job determines the approach, not the size of the company.
Which region do you work in?
Development, management and integrations are done remotely, so location does not matter; we work for clients in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Data recovery is the exception: for that the medium has to be sent physically to Velserbroek.
Do you take over software from another supplier?
Yes, it is one of the things we do often. We work through the source code, document how it works, put it under version control and make sure it can be worked on again. A clean handover saves a lot later.
Can you handle an enquiry in German or English?
Yes. We answer German enquiries by email in German, and English ones in English. Our pages on Delphi, AS/400, integrations and two-factor authentication exist in both languages as well. So write in your own language; the first reply will be in writing.
How is a quotation put together?
First a conversation about what is going on and what it has to deliver. Then we look at what is there: which systems, which exceptions, which dependencies. Only then comes a proposal with the approach and the costs. What mostly determines the price is the groundwork, not the building itself.
